Also we have an excellent selection of accommodation to provide that restful night in preparation for your dual on the links. We do though highlight below a fantastic property with golf facilities to help you enjoy your golfing break in Scotland.

Leven Golf Links

1846 is when golf was first played on these links so you will be walking through history on the fairways and dunes. It has hosted many championships and been a regular Open Qualifying course. More recently it has staged the Europro Tour, you will be playing a course that stands the test of professionals on a regular basis, so having your A game will be important.

Lundin Links

Lundin Golf Club sits on the same strip of land as Leven links so you have two wonderful links courses at your disposal. The course was founded in 1868, and was developed a number of times by the renowned course designer of the time James Braid.

The traditional links fairways and smooth greens ensure the real feel of links golf is realised. The course is often selected as a final qualifying golf course for the Open Championship. The narrow fairways, pot bunkers, burns, and the never too far away wind will ensure you have a great golfing experience.

Elie sits with 20/25 minutes of St Andrews and golf has been played on these wonderful links since the 15th Century. The vista around the course is majestic and will draw you back time and again.

North Berwick Golf Club

The same piece of land is still used for North Berwick Golf club as it was back in the 17th Century. The historic West Links course with stunning views of the Firth of Forth and islands of Bass Rock, Craigleith, Lamb and Fidra, as well as the town of North Berwick itself, is renowned throughout the world. It may not have the pedigree of it’s near neighbours, St Andrews and Muirfield but it will certainly live long in the memory as a classic links course, full of history, tradition and stature.

A true championship links course, having hosted Final Qualifying for The Open Championship and both Gentlemen and Ladies Amateur Championships. An excellent test of golf awaits you.

The West Links Course will require all your imagination to play it. A number of holes skirt the coastline with the beach becoming a major hazard on a number of holes.

Crail Golfing Society

The Crail Golf Society as it is known is a golf club with two excellent links courses.

Balcomie Golf Links

The Balcomie golf course is one of those revered courses in Scotland that you must play. Centuries of golf has been played here, probably a lot differently to how we play the game now! Old Tom Morris laid out the course initially and you are still playing a lot of the course as it was originally meant.

Balcomie is one of Scotland's golfing gems, it's a must-play course for members and visitors alike.

Craighead Links

Although a lot newer the Craighead Links really fits in to the surroundings as if it had been there forever. The outstanding coastal views, the natural links topography and ancient medieval walls make Craighead and wonderful course to play.

The course certainly plays differently to Balcomie, but it is no less of a treat or a memorable experience. Playing right off the tips Craighead Links has hosted national and international championships. From expertly placed tee boxes, golfers of all levels play spectacular holes surrounded by breathtaking coastal views.
