Important travel information

Entry to South Africa requires two blank pages in your passport and passport validity for a minimum of 6 months after departure. Please check visa entry requirements with your local embassy for countries you are visiting. We recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance in their country of residence.

Yellow Fever

Vaccinations are required if coming from an endemic area (Argentina, Brazil, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda - Please consult http://www.health.gov.za/index.php/component/phocadownload/category/276 for additional countries not listed).

Vaccinations are required at least 10 days prior to entry into South Africa.

Travel Insurance

Please ensure you have full comprehensive travel insurance covering you in the event of any serious illness or injury - due to the remoteness of some of the locations, your travel insurance should cover you in the event of an emergency airlift/evacuation being required. Please also note that travel insurance should be purchased within 21 days of initial trip deposit to cover any pre-existing conditions.
