An invoice will be sent which must be checked and any changes notified at once.

Vouchers will be provided approximately two weeks prior to travel.  Please check all documentation prior to travel.  Dream Golf Holidays Ltd does not accept responsibility for any omissions of which they have not been informed in writing.  Any costs incurred due to this will be the responsibility of the group leader.

Accuracy of Information

All reasonable efforts have been made to ensure information provided is accurate (including prices).  The information includes brochures, website, emails, newsletters and quotes.  All our promotional material and printed media will also be covered. Occasionally mistakes and errors occur, therefore we will confirm details of your golfing break, including the price, at the time of booking.

Pricing Structures and Payments

There may be times when we have to alter the price of a golf break.  This will not be limited to pricing error.  You will be advised of the current price of the golf break before any booking. If there is a reduction in price due to a special offer then this price will not be applied to any confirmed bookings.

We reserve the right to add a surcharge to the cost of the holiday should the exchange rate from the time of quotation to the time of full payment being made alter. We will absorb the equivalent to 2% of the total invoice. Only amounts in excess of this 2% will be surcharged.

There are a number of ways in which to secure your booking.

I) By paying a non-refundable deposit of £40 per person which would be paid at the time of booking.  There may be times when a larger deposit is required due to the nature of the golf break.  You will be advised accordingly.  The balance of the golf break would be paid 6 weeks before the golf break for UK bookings and 8 weeks for overseas bookings.  There may be occasions where both these time scales need to be longer due to individual resort or hotel requirements.  You will be advised accordingly.

i)If any payment is not made by the specific set dates we as agents or the Principal reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain any deposits paid.

ii) By dividing your payment in to 3 equal amounts.  The first payment will be made at the time of booking.  The next two payments will be set at the time of booking.

iii) By dividing your payment in to equal monthly payments, the payments must finish one month prior to the golf break being taken.  You will set up a standing order payment to process the payments.

iv) If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the package being taken then full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Your golf break only includes what has been agreed on the booking form.  Any additional services must be paid to the hotel.  These may include spa treatments, purchases from pro shops and any meals and drinks not stated to be included in the price of your break.

Payment methods

At present payment methods include bank transfer into the trust account and cheque.

Credit card and debit card facilities will be available soon

If you have to cancel your holiday it must be made in writing by the person named on the invoice.  This can be done by letter or email, though receipt of delivery must be provided.  You will need to check your holiday insurance to see if you are covered for such action.

Cancellation charges apply.  Any booking cancelled as a whole will be chargeable as described below.

·More than 50 days – deposit only

·32-49 days – 60%

·1-31 days – 100%
